New in the Studio: Bulk Member Invites for Creators
Getting your team of fellow creators into a Goosechase workspace used to take multiple clicks and a mental checklist. Now it's one paste and a search bar.
Bulk invite: Send up to 100 workspace invitations at once
Goosechase workspace owners and admins can now paste up to 100 email addresses into the Invite to workspace modal and send them all in a single action, instead of adding people one at a time.
Paste your list, we’ll flag the entries that look off (missing an email domain or with a character that isn’t right), you hit send, and the invites are on their way.
Search and track invitees on the Invitations tab
Two more changes live on the Invitations tab, and together they make all that new volume manageable.
Search by email: A search bar now lets you find a pending invitation by email address, so you don't have to scroll the list to check who's already been invited.
Date Invited column: A new column shows when each invite went out, sorted newest first, so you can see exactly what's been sent and when.
Who this is for: Enterprise, non-profit, and K-12 teams
These changes matter most once a workspace has 10 or more people to manage. A couple of examples:
- An HR or people ops team onboarding a new office or department can paste the whole list in one go, then use search and Date Invited to confirm who's in and who's still pending.
- A school or district rolling Goosechase out across several departments can invite every teacher at once and check the Invitations tab instead of cross-referencing a spreadsheet.
