Collaborate with Co-Managed Goosechase Scavenger Hunt Games!
We’re beyond excited to announce the release of one of our most highly-requested features on Goosechase! Starting today, organizers will be able to invite other collaborators to co-manage their games from a separate Game Manager Account, eliminating the need for organizers within the same organization having to share username and password access to a single account!
Game co-managers will be able to:
Collaborate on mission creation
Mission creation is one of the most important aspects of a digital scavenger hunt, recruiting more brain power to this part of game organization maximizes the game’s creative potential.
Split event organization responsibilities among other team members
Organizing large group events often involves coordination from multiple team members. By inviting others to co-manage the game, planning as well as game day responsibilities – writing missions, monitoring submissions, awarding bonus points, sharing submissions on social media, or messaging participants – can all be taken on by others who have access to the game.
Co-manage remotely
With so many organizations moving to remote-first arrangements, co-managed Goosechase games allow team members to manage the same game without having to send login username and password information online. All that each team member needs is access to the Goosechase website and a free Game Manager account.
How do you invite another organizer to co-manage your Goosechase Game?
Goosechase Organizers can find the Co-Managing Tab by clicking the gear that appears when they hover over the game they want to co-manage, and clicking Share Game on the My Games page in Game Manager. It can also be accessed by clicking the arrow at the bottom left corner from within each individual game.
From the Co-Managing Tab, organizers can then choose to create a shared link to send to those they wish to co-manage the game with, or invite collaborators through an email.
