How to Collaborate and Co-Manage Experiences on Goosechase
Playing well with others is our whole thing, after all. đ
So youâve decided to run a Goosechase - great! Thatâll get folks up and out of their seats. And despite the collegiate trauma of carrying group projects on your back one too many times, youâre learning to trust again. AKA, youâre sharing the load of planning the Experience with someone else. Vulnerability!
Whether youâre planning a big event for 2,000 or a professional development session for 20, teamwork is key. Luckily, itâs very easy to collaborate on Goosechase.
Why does collaboration matter in Goosechase Experiences?
Why open up the creation process to others? Lots of great reasons, actually:
- Streamlining event planning and execution, making sure Goosechase fits neatly into the rest of your programming
- Divvying up tasks like Mission creation, live monitoring, and reporting, so it doesnât all fall on you!
- Speaking of falling (knock on wood)âŚitâs important to have a back-up creator on deck to step in and take the reins in case of emergencies.
How to collaborate on Goosechase with multiple organizers
Add Collaborators To Your Experience
In the studio homepage, click on the 3 dots to the right of your Experience. Upon clicking, youâll see the option to invite collaborators by plugging in the email address associated with their Goosechase account.
Wait, theyâre not on Goosechase yet? No sweat. Theyâll get the invitation to collaborate via email, and can sign up for a new account when they accept.

Brainstorm Missions Together
One of the most fun parts of creating a Goosechase is coming up with the Missions themselves. And I wonât lie; it takes brain power and creativity! Why not share the responsibility with others? Brief them on your objectives for the Goosechase, and share this template âround for everyone to fill out:

Of utmost importance when planning any Goosechase Experience? Making sure you and your collaborators see eye-to-eye on its objectives, so youâre all creating the Experience with shared goals in mind.
And worrying about âtoo many cooks in the kitchenâ? Understandable! But sharing is caring, as long as youâre on the same page. And the more folks are involved, the more support there will be for your Goosechase overall. Surely, you can get behind that?
